Pets are welcomed at The Roosevelt!
There is nothing like enjoying time at home with family, even the four legged furry ones. However there are rules and regulations in concerning our furry members. Dogs are required to be leashed when out on the property (excluding inside of the dog park), and wit hold acceptable public behavior. Along with obeying the law, exercise common courtesy goes a long way towards keeping everyone happy-shush your yowling barkers and don't let your pups poop with abandon.
One Time Pet Fee: $300 fee. Non-refundable
Monthly Fee: $20 /mo
Pet Restriction: NO AGGRESSIVE PETS. Dangerous & potential dangerous pets (OF ANY BREED)
are not allowed. DANGEROUSLY CUTE PUPS ONLY! – Call about restriction.
DOG PARK – Bark Park: It gives your pet an opportunity to be free of a leash, an opportunity to be
able to roam in a large area and it also gives it an opportunity to socialize with other dogs and
with other people as well.
